<p>It happened again. For the <strong>third time in 18 months</strong>, the NEET examination paper was leaked before the test — affecting 24 lakh students who spent years preparing, whose families spent lakhs on coaching, who sacrificed their teenage years studying 14 hours a day.</p>
            <p>And the response from the authorities? The same as always: "We have formed a committee to investigate."</p>

            <h2>The Pattern No One Will Admit</h2>
            <p>NEET 2024: Paper leaked in Patna — exam cancelled for 1,500 centers. NEET 2025: Questions found circulating on Telegram 2 hours before the exam. NEET 2026: The entire question paper was available for purchase for ₹30 lakh in Rajasthan — <strong>48 hours before the exam</strong>.</p>
            <p>This isn't a security failure. This is a <strong>business model</strong>.</p>

            <h2>The ₹500 Crore Leak Industry</h2>
            <p>CJP's investigation reveals a well-organized network:</p>
            <ul>
                <li>Papers are stolen from printing presses or examination control rooms</li>
                <li>Sold through a chain of middlemen for ₹30-50 lakh per paper</li>
                <li>Rich families pay. Poor families pray.</li>
                <li>Students from wealthy backgrounds get the paper 24-48 hours in advance</li>
                <li>Students from poor backgrounds compete against people who already know the answers</li>
            </ul>

            <h2>The Real Victims</h2>
            <p>Meera Kumari, 19, from a village in Madhya Pradesh, is the daughter of a daily wage laborer. Her father earns ₹400/day. He borrowed ₹3 lakh for her coaching. She studied for 3 years. She scored 580/720.</p>
            <p>"A boy from my coaching center who barely attended classes scored 710," she says. "Everyone knows his family bought the paper. But what can I do? File a complaint? Against whom?"</p>

            <h2>The Systemic Rot</h2>
            <p>India conducts over 50 major competitive exams every year. In the last 5 years, papers have been leaked in NEET, JEE, UPSC prelims (alleged), SSC, Railway exams, and state-level competitive tests. The pattern is clear: <strong>India's examination system is not secure, not fair, and not accountable</strong>.</p>
