Roads break before monsoon. Pipelines leak within months. Bridges crack. Files move only after percentages move. And then comes the paperwork circus: Heavy invoices. Layered subcontracting. Consultancy bills. Maintenance bills for unfinished work. Audit-proof documentation designed not for transparency, but for justification. Everyone gets a cut. Nobody takes accountability. The taxpayer funds it. The common man suffers it. And the honest businessman cannot compete with it. The dangerous part? This culture is now aspirational. Young people are no longer asking: “How do I build value?” They are asking: “How do I enter the tender network?” A system collapses slowly when productivity dies and extraction becomes the main industry.
